Executive Chef – Upscale Mediterranean Concept

Location: West Palm Beach, FL

Salary: $125,000–$140,000 + structured bonus + full benefits

A high-end Mediterranean restaurant group with roots in New York is launching a new location in West Palm Beach and seeking a visionary Executive Chef to lead the opening. This 400-seat concept blends the classic charm of a Greek taverna with the coastal flair of Mykonos—offering elevated, health-conscious fare for a discerning clientele.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and inspire the culinary team in a high-volume, full-service setting
• Develop a creative menu combining brand staples with local influences
• Oversee food costing, inventory systems, labor control, and kitchen operations
• Collaborate closely with ownership and executive leadership
• Ensure consistency, quality, and innovation across all culinary offerings
• Build and mentor a high-performance back-of-house team

What We're Looking For:

• Executive Chef experience in upscale Mediterranean or Greek cuisine
• Proven success in concept/menu development, high-volume execution
• Strong leadership, team-building, and operational management skills
• Deep knowledge of food and labor cost control systems
• Passion for authentic, ingredient-driven cooking
